I graduated from the University of Florida in 2020 with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and went on to graduate from Liberty University in 2023 with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am passionate about people and their stories, where mental health and Christianity intersect, and how God is calling us toward redemption. We all encounter circumstances that require introspection, and I delight in walking through the valley with my clients, leading them toward the light. I use multiple methods to approach my clients in the most beneficial and personal way, such as CBT, ACT, Gestalt, DBT, IFS, and narrative therapy. I am attachment, trauma, and grief informed. I love integrating my Christian faith into therapy when my clients desire it. I work with clients of all ages, demographics, religions, and genders, and want to know your heart.
